“Taking advantage of Randy Winfield’s expertise and advice made it possible for me to get my house sold in the worst possible real estate market, with an offer in less than 2 weeks from the time I listed it. He came to my house and told me how to stage it to get the best “first impression” with each prospect that viewed it (online or in person). I have to admit it was more work for me to rearrange the furniture. It was also hard to pack my “personal touches” (pictures, refrigerator stuff, etc.).
